    Hi,

    Question from Revision Kit (BPP)
“Tax fee to be based on a percentage of tax saved” is an intimidation threat.
    Why?

Can you help me with this question? I dont understand/
    Thank you in advance

I would classify it as self-interest.

Many threats can have more than one classification. Eg your brother being FD of teh company you are auditing can have:

    Familiarity threat
Self-interest (you don’t want family upsets)
Intimidation threats (you have always been bullied by your brother).
