1) in p/e ratio ans , why depreciation is not added in profit before tax?
2) Why current year dividend is not considered in Dividend valuation ?1. PE ratios are calculated using the earnings (i.e. profits) which are after depreciation.
2. Dividend valuations are always ex-div unless specifically told otherwise.
