Hi
I am doing question 13 of kaplan kit (ULNAD) in part B it gives standard deviation of 1000.my question is why 1000 is multiply by 1ooo to fin the variance of cash flow. are we suppose to multiply all the time by 1ooo to get variance
The variance is always the standard deviation squared.
(watch my lecture on cash management)
