Should i give more concentration on Strategic Choice in the coming exam (June 10) ? Please advice.
I think we should pay more attention and more practice to Strategic Implementation because this is the area new to P3 when compared to 3.5 plus the examiner is having orientation to IS and IT.
He is targeting this untested area.
i agree with adeelkhan.
in my opinion, Q1(b) always test about strategic option/choice to turnaround the company. and the marks weighting is core in section A. thus, i suggest you pay attention to answer well for this Q1(b).
for strategic implementation, it is also important part that you must not to missed it. you must know how to implement the strategies choosen which will involve managing HR change, managing project, managing process change, managing…etc.
so nothing to be left behind to attempt P3.
