I submitted my project in Nov,2013 period 27 and was anxiously waiting for my result today but got really upset when I saw that my result has been deferred and project has been referred to academic conduct officer.
I am very stressed as I did my project myself and didn’t copy.
Can anyone help me that what will happen after this?
What are the chances of getting my result?how long do they take?
I hope I pass it.

BTW bunch of congrates to those who passed it.same happened with me i m frustrated with all this whats the point of all the hard work. Most of the material in my project was taken from the internet and really nowadays we dont require any other mean to take the information from its all in the net

I really am very up set..I am utterly disappointed with my result being deferred too. Worked really hard to complete it word by word my own creation but still got referred academic conduct officer. I wonder is there any chance of getting a pass grade after investigation is over? Has anyone ever got passed after that.
They say academic conduct officer will contact us within one month but this whole process can take three months or even more. Is there anyone who previously had this experience please guide us.

Lets collect the results and see if we can work out all the reasons for failure. I’m doing this so that when I submit in November, I improve my chances as much as possible by learning from others.

Me too my project has been referred to ACO, was eager to see my result but now quite stressed.
I did my own work, i did topic 8.
turnitin has noted that your content and some other content either from internet or past submitted raps are matching, matching doesn’t means copying pasting. Now human eye will check whether this matching is just coincidence or act of plagiarism. If it is not plagiarism your RAP will be marked pass. So good hope of passing.

The chances is 50:50.A mail would be sent to you and you would be required to answer such mail.You will need to dig into your archive to get copies of the minutes of meetings you had with your mentor.Also soft copies of the materials of the used as well as scanned copies of the hard copies.
I have handled issues like this on behalf of students in the past.But you must have done the work yourself.@ sarah
