Hi.
MCQ question 19.
The suggested answer for calculating the conversion value, says.
1.25 x 1.045 x 70 = 106.40
I don’t get this answer on my calculator. Anyone know what I’m doing wrong. Plus Where’s is the 1.045 come from when the growth per year is 4% not 4.5% .
I’m a little confused by it

Either you are misreading the answer, or your printer has done something funny!!
It is actually 1.25 x 1.04^5 x 70 = 106.40
The 1.04^5 is 5 years growth at 4% per year.
