    sir i have a couple of doubts in the specimen paper..hope u will clear them.

    1. in ques 4 part3 of part a for calculating ROCE why have they subtracted 2000000 from total profits to calculate the average annual profits? i dont understand where does this 2M depreciation comes from.

    2. in ques 5 part a for calculation of the value of g in dividend growth model why haven’t they used the formula g=br t as the payout ratio is given to us.this formula gives us the growth of 1.6% instead of 4% which they have calculated and used.pls explain
