What is this SPV? Is it just another name for a company who borrows money from the public and issue bond certificates?
Or does it have any other meaning? If so, could you tell what it is?Thank you.
I am puzzled why you should be asking me, since they have not been mentioned in past exams or in the syllabus.
Presumably you have come across it in a Study Text or in an article, in which case they surely explain it? 🙂
