maam what is the purpose of carrying out the following SP in relation to share capital:

“agree the authorised share capital and nominal value disclosures to underlying shareholding agreements.”

Ignore – the notion of authorised share capital as opposed to issued share capital was a UK-specific Companies Act requirement that was abolished in 2009.
