Hi,
In the exam kit it says that these two are information gathered from internal source
i) number of people clicking on the ‘coming soon’ link on the company website
ii) how likely one of our customers is to recommend our business to a friend or colleague
Also, interviewing potential customer is treated as external source of information.
Can you please help me explain how are the above classified the way it is.
Thankyou
The first two bits of information are coming from existing customers which is what makes it internal.
Potential customers are not currently customers which is what makes it external.
oh okay thank you so much
You are welcome 🙂
