Could you briefly explain what is meant by direct data capture and processing costs?
Direct data capture is where data in input into the system directly instead of someone having to type it in separately.
So, for example, scanning a bar code on an item of inventory can record what the item is without someone having to type it in from a handwritten list. Obviously it is cheaper to input it directly.
I’ve got your point. Thanks.
What about processing costs? What does that mean?
The cost of processing data!!
