    1) A company used government-produced data that showed the economy grew by 4.6% in the last year.

Which of the following describes the data used by the company?

    – Primary and continuous
    – Secondary and discrete
    – Secondary and continuous
    – Primary and discrete

I think the answer should be **Secondary and continuous**. since 4.6% is a measure, so it’s continuous data.
please correct me if I’m wrong.

It is secondary. However it is discrete because it is a specific figure and not a range of figures.

What does the answer in your book say?

As I replied before, I would regard it as being secondary and discrete.
