I would like to ask what is the financial impact of revenue and cost to the intangible asset?
What is the factor for corporate failure? Is this argenti model can be use for this part? Or poor management those factor can be used? Kindly advise?

Your first question still does not make sense. If the intangible asset doe not change then there is no impact on cost/revenue. If it does change (eg amortised) then obviously there will be an impact.
There are two models relating to financial failure. Both are fully explained in the notes and lectures.
