    Dear Mr. Moffat,

    How would you solve a learning curve if:
    a = 45 minutes
    x= 100 units
    b= -.152

    This is in regard to life cycle costing, Revision Kit, Q14: Cam Co.

    You use the formula that is given on the formula sheet.

    I work through examples showing how to use the formula in my free lectures.
    (The lectures are a complete free course for Paper F5 and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.)

    (I don’t know which Revision Kit you are using, but if it is BPP then it seems you are not using the current edition because Cam Co is now questions 61 to 65! I mention it because I trust you are aware that the format of the exam changed in 2016 and that there are now three sections to the exam – 2 sections of MCQ’s and 1 section of long-form questions.)

    I have managed to get my hands on a BPP September 2015 to August 2016.
    And which lecture would that be that covers the learning curve examples?

    I think if you look. at the list of lectures then it is pretty obvious – it is the lectures called learning curves!!!! Obviously you need to print out the free lecture notes first.
