Dear Sir are there any plans to publish your solutions when question paper is released..?

I assume you mean the hybrid paper (a mix of some questions from the September exam and some from the December exam – the ACCA is no longer publishing whole exams).
The ACCA have already published this from the September and December exams, and I will upload my suggested solutions sometime this week (I have been away on vacation all weekend).
