Good Afternoon Sir,
This term was used in the Aug 15 operational case study. I can’t find it in my E1 Book and when I search the internet only terms such as “socially responsible marketing” are coming up.
I checked the CIMA model answer and it’s too brief. I still don’t understand what social responsibility marketing actually is.
Would you help me please?
I assume that it means that a firm markets itself as being socially responsible in the hope of attracting customers who place a value on that.
On the other hand it might be an error in CIMA’s exam!
As you say, there is not much available on the internet to tell us more.
