    Increased percentage of teenagers in UK are going to university.
    One of the example of firm which would be affected is mention below.

    Any firm which typically takes staff straight after they leave school.
    It is threat as there will be fewer suitable candidates available. The number of graduate applicants for jobs may rise, but they may expect higher starting salaries.

    What is trying to say about salaries here? Please explain sir.

    PESTEL looks a macro-factors that might affect a business.

    If a business has traditionally employed young school leavers (probably low wages), but more and more young people go to university there will be greater competition for the fewer school leavers looking for a job. Therefore, more difficulty recruiting.

    What qualification are you doing? You had been posting queries on the FIA forums but this one is on an ACCA forum.
