So P6 UK for the second time for me.
Got my head in the books and reviewing some things.
How’s everyone else feeling?
Today I will be looking at –
Company purchase of own shares
Transfer of Trade vs sale of subsidiary
Administration
Do you have any thoughts on what are critical syllabus areas for this exam?

I did a mock this morning and just going over areas not sure
I think BPR degrouping charge and terminal loss may come up this time
I got 49 perc last time so making sure I got a pass
