Good Evening Ms Bourbe, I hope you are welll.
I had a bit of confusion about small pool WDA , Its written in notes if either main pool or special pool amount before calculating WDA is less than 1000 pound , we can write it off .
but what about if both main and specail poll have less than hundred like both have 800 pounds.will the 1000 pound distributed among both pools or both are eligible for 1000 pound seperately .
Also, In example 6 , The in Chapter 5 The electric car was purchased with 0 emission but the word “new” was not in the line and you provided it with FYA in the lecture. so will the exam say it every time if its new and should i transfer it to mainpool if the word “new” isnt not mentioned.
Thank you very much, your lectures are very specific and detailed and makes tax easier to get around my head. Even notes and lectures are so perfect. it made life easier so much. No amount of thanks is enought for that still Thank you very much

The exam will tell you if it’s new – if it doesn’t make a decision and tell the marker what you have decided.I’m glad you have found the lectures useful and helpful.
All the best with your exam in DecemberNovember 6, 2023 at 10:34 am #694470and if there is additions and the bf is 800 and additions is 1000. then it wont apply right ?
