sir, according to OT notes small claim track/fast/multi is less than 5000, 5000-15000, >15000 okay
but according to kaplan text its says, 10k, 10k-25k, >25k?
which one is correct??
under chapter 3 tests, question number 5 in OT notes, i think the answer is wrong it should be case stated.
they’re asking which of the following is not an example of delegated legislation
Question 1, sadly, Kaplan is correct. The trouble with this type of note and these monetary limits is that they change over time.
🙁 Kaplan changed more quickly than I did, sorry
Your second post – according to my copy of the course notes, just looked at on this site, the answer should be D
When I look in the back of the notes at the answers to these exercises, I see that the answer to question 5, chapter 3 is, in fact ……..D
Am I missing something here?
You are correct regarding the second question, but when I did all those five questions answer was b now its kind of D, I dont know, did u change it?
No! Certainly not!
