Say the optimum demand is at Point C, how do I determine the slack in material and labour
I assume you are referring to the example that I work through in my free lecture.
At point C all of the materials are obviously being used, so no slack.
For labour, calculate how much labour is being used at the mix represented by point C and compare with the amount of labour available.
