The DMAIC approach can be applied to anything. Eg
Define required audience size and characteristics for various days and times.
Measure actual.
Analyse why targets might not be reached.
Implement changes eg, different content or presenters.
Measure again…..go round again, seeking gradual improvement.
Control the process: budget and time.
