I have P1 & P3 passed but dont have P2 passed. The place near me that runs these courses is not running a P2 class for June 2016 but is running a P6 exam, can I sit this exam? Do I have to pay for P2 when doing this exam as well even though I am not sitting it?

No Brian, you don’t have to pay for p2 unless you’ve paid for your exam entry that is.
