It depends what type of person you are and what work commitments you have. I work in a full time role, no study leave. For me i would not attempt to do more than 2 papers in one sitting, baring in mind that you need to have a social life as well as study and work.

However i’m sure many have done 4 in one sitting a coped fine,

As above depends how much time you can devote.

Last sitting I sat 3 F8, F9 and P1. Passed all 3 but I can’t see myself doing 4. I felt spread too thin and only scraped a pass on F9. If you could dedicate weekends to watch all OT lectures in 1 go then move on to a revision phase well in advance of the exams then you might be able to do it with working too.

I like the approach of concentrating on 2 papers and take a third as a bonus paper. That way if you feel you need to work more on the main two you do and just neglect the third. If you don’t pass the third then so be it but you’ve given your self a flavour of it for the next sitting.

It’s all down to how much time you think you can put towards study.
