How to solve simultaneous equations when there are 3 constraints ?
That can never ever be necessary.
You are obviously asking with regard to linear programming, and the optimal solution is only ever where 2 of the constraints cross (regardless of how many constraints there are overall).
I do suggest that you watch my free lectures on linear programming. The lectures are a complete free course for Paper F5 and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.
