Do we include scrap proceeds in simple payback period as in one of the acca study hub question they did not include scrap proceeds at the end of project
First may I start by saying that all 3 of your questions can be answered by watching our free lectures.
They cover everything needed to pass the paper well.In answer to this question, when calculating the simple payback period, the scrap proceeds or disposal value is not included.
The simple payback period focuses on the time it takes to recover the initial investment, without considering any future cash flows beyond that point.
