Q a estimate the % gain on dentro method 2 an offer of 3 shar of sigra for 2 dentro , why we divided by 2 the answer is ( 3,644×3-2×4.50) divide by 2

Because the offer is for every 2 shares held in Dentro.

So divide by 2 in order to get the benefit per every 1 share.
