in sigra co how are thhey calculating % gain for share for share exchange? why is it divided by 2 then again divided by 4.5 can you explain this calculation?
please help
The current share price of Dentro is $4.5, so if they have 2 share they are currently worth 2 x $4.50 = $9.
For those 2 shares they will get 3 shares in Sigma which will be worth 3 x $3.644 = $10.932.
So they will gain 10.932 – 9 = $1.932 for every 2 shares that they currently own in Dentro. This is the gain is they hold 2 shares, so the gain per share is 1.932 / 2 = $0.966.
The current market value per share is $4.50, so the % gain is 0.966/4.50 = 21.5%
