    Hi guys,
Please don’t ask from me to do the calculations, ratios or any other favors of this kind. Its the skills that you need to learn. If you don’t know how to do formula or make a spreadsheet you will probably fail. Luckily, you still have time to learn as the due date is 20th of November. YouTube has got plenty of videos explaining spreadsheet formulas step by step. Make use of it if its necessary.
I am here to help (those who needs) you guys and to put you in the right track, NOT to prepare your RAP spreadsheets. I hope everyone understands it.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Regarding the screen shot in the above link. Does this mean that I should place the cursor on any cell and press F2 button to show the formula I have used, then to click “print screen” button and then attach it with the RAP?
Is not it sufficient to just attach the spreadsheet and the marker can get the formula of any ratio he want by clicking on it?

@mahmoudraya – definitely do not do that! My friend failed for making that assumption – even if you embed the formula in word for example it’s not enough. I suspect they print out most of RAPs and mark it like that so they may not even know there is a formula there. DEFINITELY DO the screenshot – it will only take a minute and you won’t risk failing for something as annoying as excel! I would say do more than one example as well – I showed a Graph, a basic formula and a goal seek function. This was my very first page in the appendix.

    Good luck

Regarding this, can more people verify? It would seem silly if the markers do not check the excel spreadsheet.

So what should we do? Take a printscreen of all our formula bars for each of our ratios and paste them into the main report?

that will be 9 screenshots for me. I know some people are doing 16 ratios, so it would be weird if they put 16 images into their appendix section of their main report.
