If you bought kaplan than you may get updated (internet version)2014 version (finance act 2013) by registering with them.

To view the changes go to acca website and under p6 articles you will find finance act 2013, which gives all the changes that will be applied on June 2014 paper.

@Needs to pass, see your book, in kaplan the information is on page 1 or 2 about how to get the updated version for one year. though its not pdf and not downloadable only you can read on site.
