– When answering any question in P2, should I answer with the new amendments or should I answer using the pre-amendments issues?
– When to state that the issue questioned is subject to amendments in the exam?If it is, then mention it. When a topic is asked, particularly for question 4 Current Issues, the more you can show the marker the extent of your knowledge, the better will be your score
