Dear sir,
Shall we answer the questions in short form that would not deduct our marks?e.g. BCG martix=Boston Consulting Group Matrix

Your question should be asked in the ask the tutor forum if you want Ken to answer.
But I think I know what he’ll say.
Abbreviating things is fine. Just mention it in full once then no more after that. So mention Johnston, Scholes and Whittington and put JSW in brackets to show you’ll be using that abbreviation from now on.
In the case of BCG matrix I don’t that is necessary though because the model is so commonly referred to as the BCG matrix and the question will probably write it as that, too. It’s a bit like why you would not write Chief Executive Office (CEO) out. If the question only mentions a portfolio analysis maybe mention the full name once of the model you’re using just to be safe.
So write something like “The portfolio can be analysed using the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) matrix.
Now every other time you mention it write BCG matrix only.
