1)Sir, private company can issue shares for inadequate consideration by acceptance of goods or service at overvalue or undervalue. Right?
2)Private company can issue shares for non cash consideration as far as it is reasonable ,i.e shares can be issued at overvaluation or undervaluation as far as it is not unreasonable. Right?
