    In the notes for f1..you mentioned shareholders as internal stakeholders.I think they are connected stakeholders since they don’t play any part in the running of the business..they are basically like financiers.

    If you want to ask the tutor something directly,please use the ask the tutor forum.The general forum is designed for students to help each other.In terms of not be involved in running the business this is often the case with public companies listed on stock exchange.However, with smaller private companies the owners are often directly involved in management of firm.Regardless,even in public companies,shareholders often have right to vote in directors and vote out directors which often gives them possibility of control.

    A shareholder is any person, company or other institution that owns at least one share of a company’s stock. Because shareholders are a company’s owners, they reap the benefits of the company’s successes in the form of increased stock valuation. If the company does poorly, however, shareholders can lose money if the price of its stock declines.
