Where do I put share option for directors for financial reconstruction in the statement? Is it a liability or equity to the company as I don’t see it included anywhere. Dec 2010 Doric co

You won’t be expected to show the options in the financial statements in P4.
(You are only expected to be able to discuss the effect of offering them on the directors).
