In consolidated statement of profit or loss, after calculating share of profit of associate , do we adjust that profit figure for p.u.r.p. on inventory?
Adjust whilst in the process of calculating profit after tax – ie deduct the full pup from the associate’s this year’s profits before you then take the group’s share to he consolidated retained earnings
