hi,John.i found conflict of calculating share price of share for share exchange acquisition,2013 Jun Q2(c) and 2012 Dec Q3(a).in 2013 paper,share price is equivalent to current share price of Hav Co,$9.24,whilst in 2012 paper,the share price is share price of the combined company,taking account of synergy impact.thx!

(Incidentally, you asked in the general P4 forum how many past papers you should attempt. The answer is as many as possible (best is to use a Revision/Exam Kit from one of the approved publishers. The most important questions are those set by the current examiner – he took over in June 2010.
The exams in from 2008 until then were set by another examiners and some of his questions were ridiculous – do not waste too much time of those. Questions before 2008 are fine 🙂 )November 14, 2014 at 6:37 am #209854thank you so much for your suggestions,John!
