Hi John!

I am still confused with shadow prices.

In your lectures, you’ve said “the most extra we will is pay is $1.125”

-That $1.125 is extra contribution per unit. How can that be the most extra we will is pay?
If we need to pay extra, then it should be in kg.

Please clear this!
