hiya i do have a problem regarding the Dec2010 Q1 when it comes to retained earnings and shares for share exchange.i would be grateful if you could please help me with these as well as questions on deferred considerations.

Try the mini exercises at the back of the OT course notes. That should help with both deferred consideration and share-for-share exchanges
