Because a large percentage of questions and techniques in F5 are set in a manufacturing scenario, solving questions when they’re set in a service industry becomes EXTREMELY challenging for me to solve – like ABC or relevant cost, for instance.
How can I deal with this? It knocks down my confidence regarding how well I’ve mastered a concept sometimes.

It is hard for me to give you an answer, because the concepts are exactly the same.
All you can do is practice and when you do come to a question where you encounter this problem then ask here about the specific question and I will try and help.
