Hi Sir/Madam.
Im going to do P5 exam on September 2017. I need to start studying as soon as possible. Please advise whether I can depend on March/June 2017 notes as the September 2017 notes are currently not available in open tuition. Thank you.

There are no material differences to the syllabus for Sept 2017, so you can start on the current notes.
