Hi sir, for September/December 2015 Exam question 1(a) on QTS, I have been provided with the suggested answers.
The answer key utilizes the Johnson and Scholes 3 step approach : Suitability, acceptability and feasibility
For suitability the following is stated:
Access to experienced trainers
It appears that QTSBA has a shortage of experienced trainers and that at present the organization cannot gain access to existing trainers to run its current training program.
I don’t understand the part on ” at present the organization cannot gain access to existing trainers to run its current training program. How did they derive this? The case study did not mention anything like this.
