Hi sir, for september /december 2015 exam, question 1(a), in the answer key, regarding the 4th threat on representing golden in negotiations to resolve some outstanding issues with the taxation authorities.
They said a self review threat may arise as well. I dont understand how a self review threat will arise. Could you explain sir ?
Pink carried out the tax computation for Golden and is now being asked to check/justify/defend that work in negotiations with the tax authorities.
It is surely obvious that a potential self review threat arises.
You need to accept the model answers as correct then spending longer thinking why ACCA said that.
