For example should the demand be $50m I calculated as per below:
Option 1: 0
Option 2: 12
Option 3: 36However answers are presented in negative form.
Please clarify if above would be correct and why answer is provided negatively
Because these are regrets ie bad outcomes; a bit like opportunity profits. The more negative the worse.
You would be fine keeping them all positive provided you know that bigger means worse.
