Hi,

I was wondering if the current notes & lectures provided can be used for the September Law exam?
the notes say it’s valid up to August 2024.

Hi Janice

Yes, of course the notes are relevant to the September 2024 exam. Unlike the tax papers the law changes very rarely and then for the most part the changes are minor

Now I wonder, Ahmed, why you are asking a Law tutor about a Performance Management paper and notes?

Might I respectfully suggest that you repost this on the PM Ask ACCA Tutor forum but, Meanwhile, let me take a guess. The response will be something along the lines of (and I’m only guessing!) …. “Yes, of course the notes and lectures are up to date”
