Hello,
I am planning to self-study SBL for the September sitting, I was wondering if using the OpenTuition free lecture notes, buying the BPP revision kit and of course using free resources in the ACCA website is enough to proceed and study for SBL? I am trying to avoid to buy a text book, because of budget constraint, I am planning to use the OT free lecture notes instead as my study text book.

I suggest that you do not buy a text book. The key to this exam is applying knowledge to answering questions. A text book will encourage you to learn too much and apply too little. Your resources should be:
OT lectures and notes.
ACCA lectures
ACCA technical articles
Past exams.Remember, question practice is vital.
