Hello,
I was wondering if there are any changes in the AFM syllabus and exam structure from September 2019 since i have to re take.

There is no change to the structure. The only change to the syllabus is the addition of initial coin offerings to the list of sources of finance (this does not involve any calculations and is just the raising of finance through crypto-currencies e.g. bitcoins)
