Sir in this question’s 4)i) (point 2.)I was wondering how having a director from a commercial background would be advantageous to charity, in this case BCO?

I actually thought other way, in my opinion Rani Jeffels may not know much about running a charity in the most effective way, due to her lack of experience in this area and would in fact often face resistance from charity staff, because she would be seen as an ‘outsider’

You could mention both points if you had thought about them. Both views are valis but you would have to explain your points: on the one hand this…….on the other hand that.

Many business decisions are not clear cut.
