-> Sir in this question’s 1)a) I was wondering why there was no mention of the fact that finance team had forgotten to discount the costs and payments received to their present value using an appropriate discount factor?

2 billion dollar profit could have been much lower post-discounting…

-> Moreover sir there was no mention of the fact that according to transport minister the project was of $20billion, however the finance team assumed a payment of $21billion, does not that reduce the profit by $1billion straight off the bat?

-> Further sir in 3)b) we have to make a table with appropriate rows and columns like given the sample answer ? Or that appears unprofessional. If so, how do we present our answer for such questions on weakness, consequence and recommendation questions?

1 It would be fine ro mention the lack of discounting.
    2 I don’t know why there is a 20/21 discrepancy
3 Columns are difficult in 5he word processor but for each weakness have three paragraphs: weakness – consequences – improvements suggested.
