Hi Mike,
I sat auditing in March 2016 and got 44%, in June 2016 I went in and chanced the exam again (I had nothing studied for it since the March sitting) and I got 42%.
Would it be best for the Sept 2016 to do past questions and read technical articles from the ACCA website?
I have a practice and revision book for Sept 2015 to 31 August 2016, is this book ok to practice past questions from or should I get a new updated book?
Is this the only change to the syllabus The new auditors report?
Thanks
SiobhanJuly 24, 2016 at 6:26 am #328571There are minor changes but the only substantial one is the audit report
“..do past questions and read technical articles from the ACCA website” – that’s what I would have recommended
And improve your examination technique! Read my article on the P7 pages and practice PLANNING your answers within the question planning time (number of marks divided by 2)
And post here again if you need more after you’ve read the examination technique article – and two others in “technical articles” on the P7 menu page. These other two were written by members of the P4 exam marking team but apply to all P level papers. They were written 2 – 3 years ago but are still relevant

I tried searching a lot for the article, but in vain, would really appreciate if you could let me know how can I find those 2 articles.
Thanks in advance.
